Recover your account if you lose your authenticator

If two-factor authentication is on and you can't provide a code, use this to reset it.

  1. 1When asked for a two-factor code during sign-in, select "Lost access to your authenticator?".
  2. 2Enter your email address and select Send recovery link.
  3. 3Open the email we sent you and follow the link to reset your authenticator methods.
